Step 1

Spiralize one butternut squash. |  |

Place desired amount of spiralized squash into a food processor and pulse until small "rice" forms. |  |

Rice size squash. |  |
Step 4

Remove from food processor and store in glass containers with air-tight lids. |
Step 5

Fry "rice" in a non-stick skillet, steam, stir-fry, add to soup, or blanch in salted water. Choose ways to add the "rice" to dishes just like you would any standard brown or white rice. |
